Best experience I've had with a doctor, maybe ever. From the receptionist to Dr.'s Nelson and Nelson, I can't express how fantastic and easy they all made the visit for me. I have lived in the St Pete area since 2018 and have been struggling with various skin issues. I worked my way through two other dermatology practices (one was bought out and the doctors kept changing). Once I found Nelson Dermatology I finally found a doctor who is proactive, insightful, innovative, and truly helpful. My skin issues are on their way to full healing. Were we at same office. Took 40 minutes just to get to exam room. Came in 10 minutes later. No apology for running late. No personality. Wouldn’t remove bothersome skin tabs wanted me to pay extra. Never again. Don’t need doctor with no concern or empathy for patients. Maybe difference is Lana McKinley. Avoid her
