From a repeat customer! I called Jarrod for a quote and estimate and he came to my house the next day and looked at the area and assessed what materials were needed and was back here that next day building me custom stairs for the landing of my front door. The stairs are very unique and he had the skill set and ability to do the job and it looks beautiful! Great to work with! I recently had them build me a custom home and I was very pleased with the work, skill level and knowledge that Jarrod has. Jarrod was fair with prices and answered all my questions that I had. I would reccomend them to anyone. They do great work and are great to work with!

Great service! Suprised by the reviews on here. I've used Jarrod a few times and he's always come through. I'll admit that sometimes he gets caught up and busy so you do have to remind him but he always got the job done and is fair with his prices and keeps to his quotes.

no shows They scheduled a visit for an estimate and never showed - not even a phone call. Good thing I never gave them a contract!

No Follow Through Can't give a review on quality because we kept getting stood up. We called and set an appointment for a quote. Mr. Nelson no-showed the appointment, I called an hour later and he said he forgot and sent over a friend over to review the build out. After his friend came and took the measurements I called 3 times over the next week asking when we would get a quote and he kept assuring me that it was on it's way within a day but never sent it. Nice enough person on the phone... zero follow through.

You will be pleased! These guys are awesome! I had them do some work for me and the quality was amazing! They gave me some references and pictures of thier work, everyone was pleased and thier prices were better than I expected!
