Watch out for these guys! 1. Did my return 2. Asked me for clarification on numbers 3. I provided clarification 4. They charged me over double the cost of the original return for "extra correspondence". 5. When I confronted them about it, they said "too bad, pay the invoice or we will not file your taxes by the deadline today"

Scam Scam Scam Got a random email from this company which I have never heard of asking for private information to complete someone else's (whom I had also never heard of) taxes. Looked up their phone number from the website, called them, and they said they were trying to finish my business taxes. If this is a legit company, they are very careless with people's information, asking for confidential data over an unsecured email. Scam Scam Scam
Wonderful family business. Excel at their jobs of getting taxes sorted out and correct.
Bob and his staff are really just amazing. Having been self employed for 25 years, I had always done my taxes my self, since they were very simple so I thought. I was the subject of a TurboTax virus that infected my electronic returns for 4-6 years, and the IRS took aggressive actions to collect, which I had no recourse through TurboTax as they claimed an infected file was not their fault.
