Complete waste of time the guy inspecting my car for damage was clown totally unprofessional. He didn’t know what he was talking about. Don’t bring your vehicle there.
Got my dad's car done here and the service and work that was done was sub par. The paint match wasn't exact and when I got home part of the bumper wasn't "clicked" in all the way so I finished it up myself. It also took them a while to get the initial estimate to us and then the part in, and then they took an extra day with the car than anticipated. The loaner vehicle was in alright condition, it was not a similar vehicle that I dropped off though.
Fast professional service. We were thrilled with our experience - we had them do the initial asssessment and then decided to hold off on the work, but when we finally called them the parts were ordered and the work was done 3 days later. The price was fair. In addition, the car was fully detailed - we haven't seen it that clean in 2 years. Thank you Chrysler Auto Body, we highly recommend you.
