I don’t know about their ICBC work, the employees behind the desk and on the phone were good. However, I do not recommend taking your classic vehicle here, despite the claim by the employee that his background in restoration is credible. I personally solved the issues with the car when it got home that he failed at, or was “not comfortable” to even attempt and I have zero training in bodywork.
