I've been trying to get a claim # from these people for 5 days now and what I get is they will call me back which they have not even after my numerous calls still no #. They are not my insurance provider but the person that hit me is. Never have I had this kind of run around from an insurance company before.

Friendly service is the only reason they get 2 stars. Completely overpriced 130 a month for state liability after my 6 month review wanted to raise it another 10+ dollars ( no tickets or record ) so I called around and now I only pay $40 a month. Way overpriced I would suggest calling around and getting quotes!

I chose a 10/10 because I have not had any problems from them, I have been a client for over 15 years. Easy communication and fair rates. Also they are local, and real people. I can understand them when I call, they work with me where I’m at in life and situations. Typically they are quick with response and getting things done. My Agent is Eric Perry and I highly recommend him.

Great experience with my business insurance carrier. They provided my quote in a very timely manner and were quick to follow up with any questions. As a first-time business owner, I really appreciated their guidance and how clearly they explained everything. Very responsive and easy to work with.
