Just been to Nelson Bay Air and dealt with Richard and if I could give a rating of "6" I would. He was absolutely fantastic!! I have a motorhome and we are up from Melbourne. I had a few concerns regarding my fridge and Richard said to bring the van around for a diagnosis. As soon as I arrived I could tell he was so knowledgeable about the potential problem.
