Service not great. Phone service appalling. 25 minutes trying to get someone to answer at 10am on a Thursday is silly. Some rude doctors. However, a couple of the doctors are great.
Useless
Made a appointment only to show up early and be told oh we had to change ur appointment and didnt get a chance to call. Made it a week before but ok. Went to the plaza got to see another doctor. Thankfully i never got that call for my appointment and wont be goin back staff was rude. I understand that with covid its a crazy time but maybe try not to mock someone as they leave wait till they have gone.

I have been with Bay Medical Group now for 7 years since being advised to relocate from Sydney for medical reasons. 4 years ago I met Dr Kertesz who turned my life around and still is.
