Great services from the staff! Top notch test center.
I was away on vacation with my family and had an issue with my vehicle. After some research, I found that it was most likely something simple that was causing multiple errors with my charging and AWD systems. I went to see Dan at Nelson Automotive and he gladly stopped what he was doing to help me. He conducted some tests and reassured me that the charging system was working properly and that my vehicle was safe to operate. Danny has worked on our vehicle and my uncle's for years. He does a great job. And he is very helpful. He has even told me how to fix little things myself that I couldn't figure out.. I highly recommend Nelson automotive for vehicle repairs. He will have our business until he retires.

Friendly. Did good work. Wasn't a major long wait time. Cost a little less then I expected which is always a bonus. The only thing I'm going to mention. I've got tires done from tire shops and they uave refused to put winters on without the lugs. So I've either gotta bring them in or pay for new ones... after a couple days of driving and it feeling a little weird going around corners. I realized they didn't charge me for new lugs..
