this company is the shadiest company in this state. they will let you pay on car until u have less than a year left... then they will refuse your payments and repo(steal) your car.....damage it and expect you to pay it off.... Their all rude.... i called to make a payment, they added on all these late payments said i only made a partial payment the week before (which was a lie, they wont allow you to.) what pissed me off the most is them telling me i couldnt have a certain insurance carry so they charge me for their little insurance, first off i never signed a contract stating i would use a certain insurance company and they want me to pay for theirs when i have full coverage on mines... RecommendedI have 2 cars through them and they are great. They fixed my window when some busted it out and stole my other car. they fixed my rotors and brakes. They have been so understanding when I need to make arrangements on my car payments. I'm almost done paying on my first car I got through them. They also report it to my credit like they said. They are great. My husband referred someone there and he walked out the same day with a great car and my husband got a 100 referral check. These people are money hungry. They teach all there workers to deny customers a way to speak with a managers. They are a liars and cheaters!!
They are shisters to the 10th power!!! They do any and everything for money! Repo-You can forget paying the money cause they won’t let you and will refuse you ever speaking with a manager. They will resale the car. Lie and then tell you they don’t know where it is, you will get a letter after the sale has already taken place telling you they sold it, the letter will not say where or what auction. My husband had tried to contact them multiple about his account. He was told he would be able to talk to his account manager. However, he still has not been able to. They said they would email their corporate office to contact him, no email was sent. The last conversation he tried to pay and they didn’t try to collect the money. The lady stated that she was “done with this conversation” and proceeded to hang up on him.
I've purchased my second car through them recently and have nothing but issues. They lied to the credit bureaus and said I'm behind on my first vehicle, when really it's paid OFF. There customer service is RUDE! The website for payments is always down and when you call they are very rude and unhelpful. So besides screwing my credit up AFTER paying a car off and never missing a payment, I have to deal with their crappy attitudes just pay my payment on my new car.
