On a cross-country trip, we blew out two tires and two rims on our Ford pickup. Replacement parts had to be ordered. Joe Anderson and the folks at Nelson’s were great to work with and took excellent care to see that parts arrived and repairs were done promptly and completely. They are nice folks. I highly recommend them.
Phone call communication confusing as apparently a wrong number was called and a message was left...but not to us!
It was a relatively good visit. A simple fix for them this time around. Was pleasantly satisfied.
