Always available when I need them. A real person answers the phone. Reliable and knowledgeable. I can voice disagreement and discuss treatment without feeling I don't have a say in my care. They really listen to you.

Tried to phone contact the office and could not get through as the lines were busy for over an hour; call the nurses assist line got hung up on! I finally drove down to the office to talk to someone in person in regards to a prescription refill. Found three office staff sitting at the front desk, not one person is on the phone talking to anybody. One finally looked up and asked if they could help me. Highly knowledgeable, sympathetic, great staff. If needed, an office visit can be arranged within two or three working days. Open Monday through Thursday and half day Friday.
NURSE PRACTITIONER HAS BEEN HELPFUL, ATTENTIVE & KIND HAVING ISSUES WITH MEDICAL PROVIDED EQUIPMENT ATTEMPTED TO CALL STAFF UNWILLING TO CALL BACK WHEN I FINALLY DID CONTACT STAFF AFTER 48 HOURS THEY WERE QUITE RUDE WHEN APPOINTMENT WAS MADE AT AT OFFICE STAFF DID TREATED ME DISRESPECTFULLY AND DISMISSIVE AFTER WAITING LONG AFTER APPOINTMENT TIME I LEFT AND SEEKING NEW PRIMARY DOCTOR
