My insurance unfortunately recommended this shop for repairs after hitting a deer and they were closest to the impact location. The shop failed to complete all repairs and left my radiator cracked and leaking causing my vehicle to run hot, needing a belt replacement from the leak, and my AC/heating would not work. Timing was amazing. Customers service was a 10/10. Looked like no damage was done to my car. Loved them and highly recommend
What an awful shop. I brought my truck here after it was in an accident as this was a certified repair shop for my insurance company. They cut so many corners and didn't finish the job. They had my truck for over 2 weeks and never could give me an estimated time to completion until a couple days before it was done. At the beginning of the repair, I specifically asked them to save all my parts, because I had aftermarket parts and wanted to keep some of they stuff I could repair.... instead they threw everything away.
