Unfortunately, I had a negative experience with this company. Despite the product being replaced under warranty, it malfunctioned again just three months after the warranty had expired. It seemed like they deliberately designed it to fail right after the warranty period to force customers to pay for repairs. The receptionists were also quite rude and unresponsive, even after multiple follow-ups. One of the technicians came out to have a look about a possible solution - I've called back three times to follow up and have been ghosted I understand people are busy and this wouldn't have been an easy fix, but I would prefer to be told upfront rather than wasting my time!
