Billing Sucks !! Could not put all on the last experience with this office ! So to Continue. I paid the bill (total amount) at the so called Billing Paid online. Got a transaction approved code. Heck that don't matter because after a week the bill is still not processed on their side (even though It came out of my account) I am done using this so called office !!!!!! What a joke !!! Find someone else to use ! Oh and you ask for a manger they never give you one well Paula is the so called MGR.

Corrupt billing! Double billed numerous times. I spent over an hour attempting to get through and no one answered phone and the email associated with billing statement bounced back.
Dr.mNelson is a scam artist. Stay away
Unfriendly and inadequate!
Their staff was not friendly in the least; I really didn't feel welcome there. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. They are completely inadequate. They weren't friendly at all which was really off-putting. They were extremely rude and impolite. It's worried me that I've heard negative feedback about this provider and now I know why! "Dr" Nelson lies on insurance papers to steal more money from people. She owns the franchises so she already makes enough, but apparently that isn't enough and she now lies to steal fr... read more
