Disorganized,unreliable,rude,arrogant and very unprofessional. Seriously misdiagnosed a major problem that was the result of previous work they did. As a home owner, dealing with this company was the absolute worst experience out of all the trades on the Sunshine Coast. You can tell the guy does not enjoy working with the public nor does he enjoy his job - you are left with a feeling that he would rather be just about anywhere other than where he is.
