I am from out of town and had an issue with a crown. I called Nelsen Family Dentistry after a recommendation from family. They got me in very quickly. Starting with the phone call to make the appointment, the greeting when I entered the door and throughout the procedure, the staff was very welcoming, professional and very kind. Thank you to the team at Nelsen.
Nelson dentistry is amazing. Everyone there is professional and friendly. My hygienist Michelle generally cares about you and is very personable. Dr. John takes the time to talk to you and explains what he thinks is best for you. I love that they make my experience not so stressful.
I have always hated going to the dentist but the Nelsen Family Dentistry makes me feel comfortable. The staff is amazing they are all so supportive & knowledgeable. I also take my son with special needs there and every staff member are sweet to him. My son loves going to the dentist because they treat him with kindness and patience.
