This jewelry store is a great place. I have found a lot of gifts for my wife here. They do great work personalizing jewelry and they've turned around everything I've ordered from their huge catalog within a few short days. I highly recommend Nelson & Co. Great family owned and operated jewelry store in Downtown Bay City!
I needed a watch band resized and another replaced (I had the replacement band). I was unsure of where to go, but picked Nelsen & Co as they seemed to offer the service needed. I was not disappointed. The staff and owner were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Even though this was my first time doing business here, and my transaction was fairly a simple, I was treated like a long term customer...I have found my go to Jewelry store!
