Not busy at all, got in, got out fast, employee even help carry items out to my truck. Very friendly and courteous.
Bought a lawnmower. They said they needed to inspect it before I picked it up. Came picked it up 3 days later. The Transmision blew out on it within a week. Under 5hrs of use. Doing nothing crazy. Not even using bagger or something that could add weight. Literally just throwing grass. Took it back and they said they would replace transmission and it was on back order.
