This place has steadily devolved into a clown show of utter incompetence. The last three female providers have been incompetent, rude, and could not care less about their patients. Lisa Genovese literally yelled at me to stop asking questions. The latest, Shililah, couldn't answer the ONE question I had during my visit. She spent 30 minutes with my husband, then rushed me out in less than 10, saying she didn't have time to answer my question because she had other patients who were waiting and pissed off.
