I had an appointment for an MRI on 3/6 at 7:15am, scheduled by Natasha. Having taken a half-day off from work, when I arrived at the facility on 111 Madison Avenue, I was told by an employee (an African-American female whose name I did not get) that they would not be able to accept me as the appointment was made at a time when no doctor was available to give me the injection required for it. I have been on a three year journey with my ankle. I was finally sent to Dr. Lin. He first operated to build a strong base and put in some screws. Then he replaced my left ankle. The pain block was great. after a short time I am now pain free! I am impressed with him and his helpful staff at Overlook. I would recommend him to anyone who wishes their life back. Thank you.
I recently had the necessity of being assessed and treated at Morristown Memorial Cardiac Unit. I want to tell you of my pleasure in being treated at this Hospital. The nurses were careful ( each time I was attended to my identification was checked), considerate, helpful and always pleasant. The physicians and technicians were the same, with all explaining each step and what was to be expected. I can give this Hospital at the highest rating and recommendation.
Always available to talk about your concerns, you never feel rushed. WHen given a complete physical she is very thorough and follows through.
Extremely caring and knowledgable physicians in this practice.
