Staff was very friendly and helpful. Communication and promptness was excellent from both the lawyer and his assistant. I couldn’t have asked for a better law firm.
Mr.Nelms has been an absolute godsend to work with. I needed a lawyer quickly and had no idea where to start so I took a leap of faith and called, it was probably the best decision I made. The women also in the office are very attentive and work very quickly to help me with anything that’s needed.
Had a phone consultation with an attorney from this organization and was unpleasantly surprised by the lack of compassion from the attorney I spoke to. Basically was told my need was not important enough to waist their resources on but since I was referred through another program incorrectly I was out of their service area so it didn’t matter anyway.
Absolutely loved working with Mr. Nelms and the whole team at Nelms Law Firm. From the moment i was greeted at the door to the end of my case they were always so helpful, kind, and willing to go above and beyond. Will definitely use them again if ever needed.
The staff at this firm is phenomenal! Extremely helpful, informative, accommodating, patient, and affordable. They are literally by your side every step of the way. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
