Not pleased I was disappointed in their service and Dr.Nelms in general. Long wait time to be seen, maybe 7 minutes face time with the doctor. They did not explain on many visits the medication (which they frequently shoved new Rxs in my hand each time) or random blood tests. I often explained how much I wanted to try alternative treatments (yoga, homeopathy) and was told how useless they were and how useful medications where. Many surprise bills from this office which insurance would not cover.
