Everyone in the clinic is awesome, the front desk ladies are super welcoming and friendly, they answer all and every questions I have. Liza is an amazing therapist, she’s very understanding. Works with you at your pace and pushes you when needed. Dr. Cohen is knowledgeable, you can tell she loves what she does! She explains everything clearly. Mark is super friendly and very knowledgeable as well. I would definitely recommend this place for any mental health services!
I just want to say that my Nelmar Centers visit was very professional and great experience at this facility and the services they they offer are very very helpful and informative. Dr. Cohen listens and really gives you life long wellness information. I feel she connects in a way where you know you're receiving the very best! All the clinicians and staff were professional and respectful except for Dr. Cohen. Within the first 5 minutes of our initial video consult where I told her I was referred by my psychiatrist and therapist for an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) evaluation, Dr. Cohen said "I don't think so, everyone these days says they have ASD". This was prior to any testing and she did not have any information about me at that point. I was puzzled at this comment, as my psychiatrist, therapist, and family had reported concerns about ASD.
