From the first phone conversation about cleaning my home, Nelly was warm & friendly. She fit me into her schedule with barely 48 hour notice for the Monday after Easter. Nelly & Maria worked a miracle for me. Their attention to detail was immaculate. Their work ethic was focused, diligent. I'm going to be hiring Nelly once a month in the future.
