I was told this salon had walk in appointments and they took their last customer at 5pm and after driving from NYC I arrived at 5:08 and they told me I was to late and they were very tired and turned me away. I was understanding and tried another attempt since they were highly recommended and I called them to book an appointment for the last customer before 5pm and was told "honey we're leaving now and we can't wait on you." Nelly is truly a star! She does know what she’s doing. She’s a natural. She’s great at what she does.
I debated on writing this reveiw, but I’m frustrated. I’ve gone to Nelly to get my extensions cut twice( my extensions were 100% human hair I purchased from yummy extenions) the hair cut was very nice. In November was the second time I went in for a hair cut. My appoint was for 12 pm. I get there, one of the girls washes my hair and puts me in the chair ruff drys it and goes to the back. Nelly is a very hard worker and very sweet she makes sure that everyone is happy on top of her busy schedule and life her staff works beautifully together I’m very happy that I found her and I appreciate her so much !!
