I’m giving 4 stars because I’m very satisfied with my hair and would consider returning, but I feel like I need to share my experience so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I booked my appointment for 10:00 AM on a Saturday morning. When I walked in, I let one of the ladies know that I had a 10:00 AM appointment. Absolutely terrible customer service. After my last appointment, my extensions were installed incorrectly, so I reached out on Instagram to schedule an appointment to have them fixed. Instead of taking responsibility and helping resolve the issue, Nelly blocked me. Being blocked instead of assisted was incredibly unprofessional and disappointing! Don’t get your hair done here unless you wanna go bald .
Had a 1:30 appointment and didn’t get taken until 3:30 ish. What was the point of the appointment? stylist seem tired and stressed so it made me feel slightly uncomfortable. Hair came out nice but wouldn’t come back.
Got extentions! There was an issue with the color but the ladies fixed it and did a beautful job. Very professional salon and i can tell Nelly cares about the health of your real hair
