First and last time I ever set foot in this place. I didn’t know the person who cut my son’s hair; the owner assigned her, and she told my son her name was Ana. From the start, I showed her the haircut I wanted and she said it was very easy… but she just did whatever she wanted. She clearly does NOT know how to cut hair. The haircut she gave my son was awful and nothing like what I asked for. On top of that, after ruining the haircut, she had the nerve to blame the parents for how it turned out.
