I would give 0 stars if i could. Dr nelly has horrible bedside manner. I was told that there is nothing wrong with me. I was born with health issues and have been in and out of the hospital my whole life. Dr nelly said i should know how to take care of myself by now and stop coming to hospitals. I get chronic low potassium and need medical assistance. I believe she should have her license removed! She has no compassion for the line of work she does. During my hospitalization at NW Lake Forrest hospital, I had the worst experience with this particular physician. I would NOT recommend her to any individual. She is a very bad reputation for NW Lake Forrest!!
One of the best doctors who has treated me. Was sorry she left Northshore. Miss her.
One of the worst drs I have ever seen and treating my mom. Absolute zero compassion, was cold and rude on many levels. Changed her mind on critical tests that my mom really needed and discharged her without any followup. We think my mom may have had a heart attack and a concussion and she did zero tests tied to that. She told my mom that there was no point for a brain MRI even if she thinks she had a concussion.
