Great experience as a first time patient. My dad needed care late last night and both the front desk person and the PA (Andy) were welcoming and professional. Andy went above and beyond for my dad. He did a thorough evaluation, diagnostic testing, and actually took the time to talk through history and current concerns with us (a rarity in today's healthcare environment). Andy followed up with my dad this morning to see how he is progressing. We will continue to use this urgent care in the future.
On Feb 4th 2026, I drove here based on reviews from Moreno Valley. I guess it depends which doctor you get. My experience is with Dr. Bui. Not only did he not address my concerns but he told me things that I already knew i.e. if your hives or rash comes back and you can't breathe call 911. Who wouldn't call 911 if they can't breathe? He did not thoroughly check me out.... Instead, for my hives that is stressed induced, he referred me to a dermo, I rarely get it but I've never had a whole body breakout from ear to toe. I had an excellent experience with Dr. Andy. He is an incredibly skilled and attentive doctor who takes the time to thoroughly review everything and ensure nothing is overlooked. From start to finish, he was professional, caring, and genuinely focused on my health and comfort. He explained every detail clearly and made sure I felt confident about my care. I highly recommend Dr. Andy to anyone seeking a thoughtful and dedicated physician — truly one of the best!
We have visited this location several times in the past years but, today I left without being seen. I was asked to make a $10 copay and $100 towards my deductible. She said she couldn't do it without the deductible contribution. I never meet my deductible because everything is covered. I'm not giving you $100 and waiting for you to get around to refunding my money. I found another center that was friendly, efficient and didn't require a deductible contribution. I went here for a pain I had in the last week of October 2025. I got in the building and the staff are welcoming and helpful which is nice. I like how the doctor treated me nicely. The explanation was clear and friendly and the staff are excellent. This is a place I would recommend to everyone to come.
