I visited Nell twice to have some skin tags removed. She really took the time to remove them and provided ointment for me to use afterwards. She is very nice and made me feel comfortable.
I have a slim face, but my second chin and wrinkles (on my forehead and near my eyes) were becoming noticeable, so I decided to undergo the 3D HIFU for Facelift procedure.
