I visited Nell twice to have some skin tags removed. She really took the time to remove them and provided ointment for me to use afterwards. She is very nice and made me feel comfortable.

I have a slim face, but my second chin and wrinkles (on my forehead and near my eyes) were becoming noticeable, so I decided to undergo the 3D HIFU for Facelift procedure. My facial skin got better when I went to see Nell for a treatment appointment. She removed facial skin tags and age spots as those began showing on my face. I also went for a peel-skin facial. It was a good experience considering the results on my face. I also bought her book which was an interesting read for caring about one's skin. Thanks, Nell, for letting me be aware again of my not-so-young skin.
