I called the office today to inquire about the procedure for obtaining a new family physician and spoke with Teresa. She gave me so much valuable information and it was a pleasure to speak with her. If I'm lucky, I might end up as their patient. Thank you!

Doctor Nell has been my doctor since May 2015. He is an excellent communicator and a kind and gentle soul. He listens attentively and is always open to referring on when asked or necessary. He is the most compassionate doctor I have ever had the privilege of knowing. His staff are second to none and are always helpful and knowledgeable. It is a busy office but I have never felt rushed or unimportant. Also, I’m not kept waiting whether it be by phone or in person.

I've never spoken to dr. nell personally, but whoever makes the phone calls is an absolute treat. It's a private practice, he's got a captive audience when it comes to marine medicals in the area, I didn't think the $220 was for the privilege of being chewed out over the phone. Perhaps if he had an answering machine it could have been avoided. The cash only thing is interesting.
