Great service.
A very positive experience with Nelcan, from the booking process to the actual service call. They worked diligently to accommodate my scheduling challenges and the work was completed on time. I received a detailed report of work performed which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend.
They suggested a (free) video consultation to see the scope of work and talk through the options which was efficient and helpful. The electrician arrived on time and followed all my instructions regarding parking and my noisy dog. The work was completed promptly and neatly and they checked I was satisfied before emailing the invoice (which matched the quote). I would absolutely use Nelcan again.
Would recommend. Nice folks, good work done.
