If I could give this facility more than 5 stars I would. The facility itself is clean, easily accessible and keeps the ac on to keep your items and you cool during the warmer months. Mr. Brooks is absolutely fantastic!! He is a reminder of why we moved back to West Monroe. He will go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. He was able to give us our units same day, provide us with contacts to help us move (and when those fell through, he helped us himself), and so much more!
