Only been here a couple of times, but it's already my favorite salon. The owner was wonderful - attentive, understanding, and skillful. She listened to my hair concerns and recommended a number of options. She was very patient with my indecisiveness. And she did her best to recreate the look I had in my head. After my haircuts, I always get numerous compliments from coworkers and friends. Can't wait for the next visit!
Gen is not only talented, and incredible at what she does, but she is also an amazing human being. I went in for my first keratin treatment about a year ago, dreading having to sit there in awkward silence while waiting for the treatment to work it’s magic. I was pleasantly surprised and elated about how comfortable I felt, it was as if we were old friends just catching up. It has been that way ever since!
