The flowers for nice however what we received looked nothing like what was picked out. Almost 4k spent and didn't receive what we expected based on the photos in the book. However. Anastasia was very nice and accommodating
Went to pick up bouquet for daughter's graduation. Was charged $50 for dead roses... The lady at counter told someone in back I wanted a refund, she stated GOOD. Went right up the street to Flowerville & got exactly what was asked for in first. Should of known better when the address said East Cleveland.....
