I live in NC so most likely I will never have to do business with this company again, AND THANK GOD! Their rates are OUTRAGEOUS! Also, you cannot even talk directly to them about it. You HAVE to deal with their 3rd party billing company which is less than no help. When I get a chance I am going to drop them a 1* as well. If you going to charge someone an arm and a leg, at least have the decency to speak with them and work with them!
They sent a collections report on my credit score and I dont even live in this state. The other person had a completely different ss# middle name and address than me. They are ruining my credit for a fraudulant report against me. Tried calling.... goes right to voicemail and I never get a call back.
Felt like I took them away from something important, like I'm bothering them at work, how dare I, next time I will take a taxi,or drive myself
