It was my first time at Nekojita with my best friend and we were very excited to try it. I was taken off guard that extra broth in ramen is an extra charge. It's ramen therefore you expect broth? The food was great, the cocktails great the service was fine until we were basically asked to leave because they had another reservation waiting. I think that if there is a time limit on your dinner it should be listed somewhere that way we would know not to come to this restaurant if we wanted to chat and enjoy drinks
I ordered the Golden Gai ramen. The broth was incredibly salty. When you order ramen, the broth should be perfect because it’s the most important part of the dish!
The Smoked Chashu tofu ramen is amazing 🙌 it needs to be on the permanent menu !
When reading the menu for the old fashioned and seeing Suntory whiskey, Bill Murray's classic "for a relaxing time, make it Suntory Time' bit came to mind. I looked up and saw a picture of him in that scene. Two of them, actually. Maybe Lost in Translation is the vibe here -- Japanese things from a cultured western perspective.
