Most amazing doctor. She cares and spends lots of time with you. I do not understand why people that have issues themself they put it on this amazing doctor. She is here to care for us and she does. I have never had any issues since I have no issues with my Insurance and pay. I do advise all to see this doctor, you will be mostly amazed by her knowledge and presence.
DO NOT COME HERE FOR YOUR HEALTHCARE NEEDS. *Unsafe practice* beware: They gave me my lab slip for general blood work today at my appointment, when I got home I realized not only were there several added tests that my provider did not discuss with me, they were highly inappropriate tests such as “HIV and vaginal swab”.. I’M A MAN!! Are you kidding me, what a joke. I've uploaded the lab slip you can see at the top I'm a MALE and the bottom they asked the collection to be via CERVICAL SWAB. This place is a joke. They refused to give my husband his insulin prescription because I wouldn't give them my bank info over the phone. We have NEVER even seen the actual doctor here. There's is only 1 person on staff who is competent and she's very busy trying to train everyone else. When we do have an appt. No one asks the questions that should be asked like his glucose numbers or his blood pressure numbers. Just quick for their payment. This place is an embarrassment to Sharp Health Plan.
Dr. Nejat Jalisi is an amazing doctor and finding a great GP is frairly difficult. She's very experienced, thorough and she listens to her patients. She has such a gentle, caring manner as well. *A few days after my exam she called me to see how I was feeling. That told me I was in good hands. The support staff is wonderful too. The front desk staff are always welcoming and do a great job as do the PA and nurses.
