Dr Jalisi is great, and so are the P.N. Dr H Jalisi has been very supportive and helpful ever since I met her. But I’m wondering if she knows everything about the staff. I’ve called this office so many times for some referrals that I’m still waiting on and I haven’t gotten any answers. I called the office so much that they recognized my phone and voice haha. I visited the clinic to see Dr. Nejat Jalisi at 11 AM, although I had gone a day before and didn’t have an appointment. The doctor told me to come the next day, as they would give me a slot. Due to being hospitalized for severe muscle pain on my left side, I couldn’t even lift my left arm to my mouth it was completely useless. I make an appointment for my wife so it’s And I she told me two months you wait and if you walking so we the doctor see so when I go over there, the ladies it’s white color. She’s so rude. She’s not good customer service and they didn’t talk with mouth. They talk with her hand and so rude and he didn’t know how they talk with patients.
