Dr Neitzschman seems to be very experienced and knowledgeable.
The doctor is great, but unfortunately, the same cannot be said for his staff. The level of communication and patient care from this office has been extremely disappointing. The nurse routinely takes up to three days to return phone calls, and blood work required for insurance pre-authorization was not sent to the insurance company despite repeated requests. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Neitschman as my attending urologist during a recent hospitalization for radiation cystitis. I feel so fortunate to now be his patient going forward. His compassion and professionalism give me comfort that I am in competent hands.
