I had a really disappointing experience. I was quoted $35 after sending pictures of my hair and what I wanted, and was told to arrive at 1:30 PM. I showed up on time, but my hair wasn’t started until 2:58 PM. Then I was told I had to pay $20 more because I “have a lot of hair,” and apparently the person I had been texting wasn’t the one doing my hair. That wasn’t communicated to me at all. Highly recommended. Timoya was very professional, understanding to what style I wanted. Especially for a last minute appointment. I was in and out within 4 hours for knotless braids. I will definitely come back from St. Louis for braids. Thank you for taking care of me.
