I had a really disappointing experience. I was quoted $35 after sending pictures of my hair and what I wanted, and was told to arrive at 1:30 PM. I showed up on time, but my hair wasn’t started until 2:58 PM. Then I was told I had to pay $20 more because I “have a lot of hair,” and apparently the person I had been texting wasn’t the one doing my hair. That wasn’t communicated to me at all.
