We used Neisen for a little over a year, and overall had only a handful of issues with their job performance (some damaged personal property but nothing major). However, we had a number of issues with lacking professionalism and failure to appropriately communicate. I would caution anyone considering using them on any kind of regular basis without a fair amount of oversight to be sure that you will be charged only for the work that you request.
