Like the girls who work there…BUT this office is not good in getting your authorizations done if you have a HMO that requires them. I was told I needed a heart procedure done at my last Cardiologist Appointment on October 2. It be is October 29 and they still don’t have authorization.
Doctor Neisa Diaz is the best. She was my parent’s doctor for years. Extremely caring and professional. Supported my family all the time. I really miss her more than ever.

I have been going to Dr Diaz for many years and I love her. The new system doesn't allow my request to only see the Dr. I was told that I have to see the APRN. I have changed my primary because of this.
I love Dr. Diaz and chose her at first because I wanted a female Dr. So, in the last year I haven't been able to see anyone in her office except a Man Nurse Practitioner, he's nice but not my Doctor, I complained and was told I would have my Doctor the next visit and it happened again, I am fed up and angry that thus is what the office did too me, Doctor Diaz is on Vacation more than she's in the office so unfortunately I had to find another female Doctor that can see me.
