I would rather give 0 stars!!! No call backs my money is tied up in my account and everyone is acting so nonchalant. I work paycheck to paycheck and don't have the luxury of only working 6 hours a day. Ridiculous
This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with getting a loan. Despite being only $580 past due due to the impact of Covid, my vehicle was repossessed without receiving any repossession letter. I've tried reaching out to numerous individuals within this company to resolve the matter, but I was consistently denied the opportunity to speak to a supervisor. Very unprofessional doesn't try to work with the employees to help through the pandemic. Had a loan added late fees to loan was making payments, but lost my job.
