Worked there for 2 years for peak season. My trainer was cool but they replaced the hot kitchen with vending machines n I was stealing hella sandwiches from them.
Your employees are stealing items out of the warehouse that are meant to be shipped. Two bottles of baccarat rogue were stolen from what seems to be out of the warehouse. The fedex box was fine in both deliveries but once opened the package was ripped open and the perfume was missing TWICE. Customer service was great and I wasn't charged anything but it's still violating. Hope whoever is doing this gets caught red handed.
I bought a dress from Neiman Marcus January 11 th and I want 2 day shipping.I called and chatted couple times but I still not get my dress.They said Texas warehouse supposed tobe shipped . They did not send any update or any email. It supposed to be my birthday dress. I am frustrated. Terrible customer service.
