He is a neurological ophthalmologist and is wise beyond any other out there--he has diagnosed a rare neur. disorder in my mother that 3 specialists missed, and he sent me to the right specialist (neurologist) when he correctly diagnosed a facial nerve issue that was affecting my eye. He has always taken good care of our cataracts and glaucoma so they are not a concern. Some may question his easy-going ways, but trust me--he is THE BEST!
Dr. Norma has a very thorough and kind approach to my eye care.
