Jess is an excellent optometrist. I was stressing over some eye issues and lil while ago & she really took her time to help me despite being so busy. Had a second appointment today & she explained the issue in detail & put my mind at ease alot. Thanks again. Highly recommend.

I have been there twice. First time for a consultation with Dr Neilson, second time for my first IPL treatment for Dry Eye. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, and the IPL treatment I have received so far has been exceptional. My eyes are no longer red and sore, no more pain or itching, and the weeping has almost stopped, and that is after just one treatment! The whole team were welcoming, informative, professional and friendly. David’s knowledge, experience and passion were evident. He was wonderful in supporting my 4yr old throughout the eye test and explaining to me how he would help my son with his vision issues. On top of that, my 6yr old, coincidentally had something minute stuck in his eye since breakfast that morning and it was uncomfortable and irritated.
