The ladies were so kind and helpful with all of our children in the office. They have the best range of glasses for young children in the area. They were so kind and helpful even though I was upfront that we were seeking a resolution from another optical store re ill fitting glasses. They were passionate about her getting the right fit if they were getting a sale or not we will definitely be coming back in the future
They quickly removed the metal and rust from my eye and were very professional. Highly recommend!
My optometrist, Anna Tran, is fantastic! My physio (!!) referred me to Anna to assess my eyes due to traumic brain injury. During my eye tests, appointments and follow-up appointments, Anna has been incredible. She identified that a prism in my glasses will help and she was right!! I visited Neilson Eyecare for the second time recently. Complaining of headaches when driving at dusk and in light rain. After an examination by Anna, a quick adjustment to my lenses with some mild tint added we were back on track and no more headaches when driving. My 9year old son also sees Anna. I have had problems with my eyes starting as long as 5 years ago, the constant dust at my work causing terrible eye soreness and dryness. I have been to several eyecare specialists in this time, and i have spent a small fortune on a long list of drops and specialist consultations, with no real results.
