I have had problems with my eyes starting as long as 5 years ago, the constant dust at my work causing terrible eye soreness and dryness. I came in hoping to find a suitable frame for myself. Usually, when I visit optical stores, the reception staff are friendly and helpful in assisting with frame selection. However, my experience at Neilson Eye Care was disappointing. We are so grateful for the service provided by the whole team at Neilson Eyecare. Our son has been undertaking Vision Therapy with Anna for some time, and we have had such a positive experience. We are thankful for Anna’s passion, professionalism, and the individual care that she provides to ensure our son’s vision improves with each appointment we attend.
Our daughter was holding books so close to her eyes when she was reading we went to get her an eye test we just went specsavers and they said she needs glasses but not for reading. So we were left thinking nothing was wrong but she continued to want to hold the books right up to her eyes. Then one of her teachers asked if she has had a behavioural eye test.
