He came out today to do a vehicle diagnostic on my Nissan Murano sl v6 2010 . He told me that my transmission needed to be replaced.. when it was actually a clogged catalytic converter issue..I have reached out to him pertaining to my refund. For giving me a wrong diagnosis on my vehicle. And he has yet to respond back..And if he thinks that he is going to keep my $75.00 dollars .he has another thing coming. Said it was my fuel pump so I went and bought a new one and had it installed the same day but the problem was actually my spark plugs(coils). Wasted money, time. :(
Very good I had a problem with my Toyota Camry it wouldn’t start he came by and fixed it in 20 minutes he was very affordable
I've never used a mobile mechanic before. God guided me to Neil! I needed a fuel pump replaced in my Chevrolet Impala but up to the point that I called him I was about to give up because we tried several different things to get the car going and nothing worked. He's very professional and a great mechanic and will definitely be my go-to from now on!
This is not a good mechanic show up and left within 15 minutes then told me to get another mechanic because don't believe he knows what he is doing a very bad experience with this person so people watch out the bad thing is I had to text him to find out about getting another mechanic very bad experience
