I've used Neil's Carpet Service as my go-to carpet cleaning company for many years, and they always do more than expected. Each visit, my carpets come out looking fresh, feeling clean, and smelling great. They are not miracle workers, but they do an excellent job removing most stains and high-traffic soil. If I could give zero stars, I would. Here’s why: 1. The company’s name is misleading. When you book them, you’re not actually booking the company itself. Instead, you’re booking someone from another company, which can be confusing. 2. The technician was unprofessional and lacked any sense of decency or honesty. Oh my gosh jonah and bradley did an amazing job on our very dirty, stained carpets. We had kid, pet, and heavy foot traffic stains across all 4 bedrooms, plus a few spots in the hallway, and i honestly did not have much hope. I only wanted the carpets to look clean again, but the results were far better than expected. The technician from Neil's Carpet Service was thorough, efficient, and right on time. He quickly checked the issue with moisture from an upstairs bathroom leak that had soaked into the family room carpet for quite a while, even after the plumbing problem had already been fixed. Jonah brought in a large air mover and used the right treatment products to help with mold and mildew concerns. We had a slab leak that caused a lot of damage to our flooring and carpet. Jonah provided a fair quote and was able to schedule the carpet and floor restoration quickly.
