Super patient, Liam's customer service has been outstanding.
Had my MPS in for a timing chain - the boys were excellent at accommodating me during a super busy period! The car was in and out super quick and the stafff were a delight to deal with. Wouldn't take my MPS to anyone else. 5 🌟
Great service. Went above and beyond. Thanks to Liam for doing the extra research to show why I was having a problem, checking with Ford to show the correct parts I needed, and giving me an expert opinion to take back to my previous supplier. The owner also gave me some honest opinions about other issues with my vehicle that put my mind at rest a little. Will definitely be returning here for future works. Thanks guys, much appreciated.
I had a great experience with Civo's Automotive. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally. The communication was clear and timely – I always knew what was happening with my car. They stuck to the quoted price with no hidden surprises, which I really appreciated. Most importantly, the work was done on time and to a high standard.
