Product is high quality. Have been using for 20 plus years. Customer service: extremely high quality: I recently ordered two Neil Med Nasal Rinse bottles. One came without the applicator. Reaching customer service was super easy -- no endless AI prompts. I got a real person within 30 seconds. The customer service rep believed me and sent another bottle with an applicator. Superb customer service!

I placed an order 3/24/26 on TikTok shop. The order was marked as shipped almost immediately but the label was only printed and the company never sent out my order. I messaged the company on 4/3 asking for an update and was only sent automated responses that my order was taking longer than normal and that I could cancel on 4/6 if I had not received the item. I love this brand but I bought a box of 50 packages and one of the envelopes was open. My opinion should be more careful on that
