They sent me OLD expiring product. And when I tried to contact them they never responded. So upset- never buying from them again!
Ordered 2 boxes of salt packets September 19, 2025, and both boxes I received had expiration dates of February 2026. Sent emails on 9/28 and 10/2 regarding this as most will expire before I use them and no response to the emails. I even called on 10/3 and was told they were on clearance based on the short expiration date and I responded the website said nothing about that. I was then advised to wait for email response. I have used NeilMed Sinus Rinse for over 15 years daily, morning and night. This is the medication that allows me to breath, because of sinus congestion. If I do not use NeilMed at night then I have major sleeping issues with sinus congestion. Really fabulous product.
This product is AMAZING! I have had problems in the past where I had to go to the doctor but I thought I would try this first. It worked in 10 minutes! I’m absolutely thrilled with this. If anyone gets an ear clogged please try this.
