I placed an order 3/24/26 on TikTok shop. The order was marked as shipped almost immediately but the label was only printed and the company never sent out my order. I messaged the company on 4/3 asking for an update and was only sent automated responses that my order was taking longer than normal and that I could cancel on 4/6 if I had not received the item. I love this brand but I bought a box of 50 packages and one of the envelopes was open. My opinion should be more careful on that
When selling your 120 pack either place a big enough to read disclosure on the package stating it doesn't come with the kettle or a bottle or simply make it a whole kit by including those items. Terrible I wasn't feeling well and had to make two trips to the store after buying your 120 pack; thought I was getting a deal found out otherwise. 🤔
They sent me OLD expiring product. And when I tried to contact them they never responded. So upset- never buying from them again!
