I have been going here for years and with my daughter who had an absolute horrible experience from a prior dentist from another office. We have never experienced any negative experience. I love the doctors and staff here
I called the day before and explained how excruciating my tooth pain was, and they did get me an appointment for the next day, for emergency appointments they tell you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your 1 o'clock appointment. But depending on how busy they are some emergency appointments can take until 4pm, as mine did. I wouldn't be so upset about waiting that long and the reason I am is because I called the morning of my appointment and asked if I would be waiting a while and the lady stated I would get in right away at 1.... read more
I used to like coming here for our dental, but my last visit was horrible. The hygienists prior to my last visit were friendly and really nice. The last one I had was a racist and told me to pay for my dental needs out of pocket. My mouth was sore for a week.I don't recommend this place for someone who are of different race.Go elsewhere.Unfortunately her name tag was flipped so I was unable to report her or put her here in my review. That's about my last visit.
Use to be great. Then covid hit they forgot about thier patients. They no longer schedule yearly. Its been 5 years and of couse csnt get in need to reestablish which is complete BS. As they never went back to running normal. One of the dentists does shotty work. However Dr. Engle is great. Its such a shame they forgot abour thier patients all because of covid
So emergency visits. They give you a appointment ask you to be there 15 minutes prior only to tell you AFTER you arrive it can take 4 to 6 hours to be seen. Why have a appointment? I should also mention we're paying for the visit cash up front. Why do this to people.
